Tangier - Fez
Meeting in the port of Tangier according to schedule agreed and departure in the direction of Fez. One of the 4 imperial cities. In Morocco it is considered as the religious and cultural center of the country. Its university, famous for the study of Arabic and the Muslim religion, is a point of passage for many Moroccan students. We take time to walk around and get to know its different neighborhoods, the new area or Fès el-Jdid, where you will find the Mellah (the Jewish quarter), the Ville Nouvelle (New Town), the French zone in the northwest of the city and, of course, Fez the -Bali, the old area, inside the walls. We can walk through its streets and feel like it transports us to past worlds in which potters, forgers, artisans and donkeys loaded with merchandise from different origins coexist with tourists who travel through its labyrinthine streets. Also famous for the souk of the tanners, we will be partisans of the artisan procedure of medieval roots through which they manage to give those vivid colors to the leather.
